Delete Your PocketLife Account
This page provides a direct way to request permanent deletion of a PocketLife account and the associated account data controlled by PocketLife.
Current status: Production mobile account creation is not active yet. Existing development accounts can use the email process below now.
Before account creation is enabled in a public mobile build, PocketLife will also provide a straightforward deletion control inside the app. This page will remain available if you no longer have the app.
Request account deletion
- Email support@pocketlife.fun from the email address registered to the PocketLife account.
- Use the subject PocketLife account deletion.
- State that you want the account and associated PocketLife data permanently deleted.
- PocketLife will reply to the registered address if additional verification is reasonably necessary.
Do not include your password, authentication code, government identification number, complete store receipt, or unrelated personal information.
What PocketLife deletes
After the account is verified, PocketLife will delete or permanently disassociate the active data under its control that is associated with the account, including as applicable:
- the Firebase Authentication account, registered email association, provider sign-in record, and PocketLife account identifier;
- current device leases, registered installations, active security challenges, and account-bound security state;
- cloud-save manifests, private cloud-save objects, synchronization metadata, and account-controlled save revisions;
- PocketLife entitlement links and account preferences; and
- optional analytics links if PocketLife ever stores an account-level link, although the approved analytics design does not attach the PocketLife account ID.
What may remain
Limited information may be retained only where reasonably required for law, tax or accounting obligations, payment disputes, refund or revocation processing, security, fraud prevention, or a legal claim. Any retained record is restricted to that purpose and is not used to recreate the deleted account.
Apple and Google maintain their own store transaction records. Deleting a PocketLife account does not automatically refund a purchase or delete the store’s record. Contact the store that processed the purchase for its refund process.
Local data on your device
Deleting the account does not remotely erase local game data from a phone or tablet. Remove local PocketLife data through the app’s deletion controls when available, or through the device’s app-storage controls or uninstall process. Clearing or uninstalling is separate from deleting the online account.
Timing and confirmation
PocketLife aims to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days and will confirm when the active account has been removed. If a legal or security reason requires a narrower record to remain, PocketLife will explain the applicable category where permitted.
Delete specific data without deleting the account
To ask about deleting specific account data while keeping the account, email support@pocketlife.fun with the subject PocketLife data deletion request. Availability depends on whether the data is required to provide or secure the remaining account service.
