PocketLife is independently developed, so replies are handled personally rather than by a large support team.
What to include
For a technical problem, include the details that help identify it:
- whether you are using iPhone, iPad, or Android;
- your device model and PocketLife app version;
- what you were doing when the problem happened; and
- the exact wording of any error message.
Do not send your password, verification code, government ID, full payment details, or unrelated personal information.
Purchases and refunds
For help restoring a verified PocketLife purchase, email support with the platform and product name. Apple and Google process payments and refunds, so refund requests must normally be made through the store that completed the purchase.

Read the Privacy Policy for information about PocketLife data. To permanently remove an account, follow the account-deletion instructions.
