People set the direction
The team decides which ideas belong in PocketLife, how its systems should work, and what is ready to release.
AI at PocketLife
PocketLife uses AI-assisted tools during development. The team chooses the direction of the game, reviews the work, and is responsible for everything that ships.
PocketLifeHuman-led directionAI can help the team work through code, debugging, testing, research, and early drafts. It does not decide what PocketLife should become.
Features, game systems, events, priorities, and release decisions are chosen by people. AI output is checked, edited, or rejected before it can become part of the project.
The team decides which ideas belong in PocketLife, how its systems should work, and what is ready to release.
AI assistance may be used to investigate bugs, review code, organize information, and help prepare drafts.
A team member reviews the result and is accountable for every change that ships.

Current position
30 September 2026
PocketLife does not send your save, choices, or character history to a generative AI service. Events and systems are authored and built into the game rather than generated for you while you play.
The team decides what gets built, changed, delayed, or removed. Player feedback can shape those decisions, but development tools do not make them.
